1000 vs 400
I'm sure this has been discussed before..but I probably missed it..I'd like to hear everyone's and anyone's opinion of the Nashville 1000 vs the 400..I have a 400 and am thinking of getting a 1000 but would like to read some pro's and con's from those who have tried both.

Mike I was going to reply on this subject, but if you`ll look at that thread the other Mike sugested, particurly Mike Brown`s part it tell`s all. We at Norris Family Music think it is far superior to its predesesor`s.
Lighter weight, more power, and better tone, more bottom given the bigger cab than the 400, the open back is subjective.

Occasionally, a customer will suggest that we start manufacturing an older steel amp model from years ago. But, I believe that the best is yet to come in this big 'ol amplifier world. I have yet to hear a better sounding amp than the Nashville 1000. I can't even get used to my 16 year old Nashville 400 anymore! The only thing that I think needs some improvement is my playing! This amp will motivate you!
If you Forumites haven't had a chance to perform using a Nashville 1000, you owe it to yourself and to your playing ability.
