A customer came into my shop the other day with the strangest looking amp I had ever seen. When we put it on the counter I saw the Evans logo and wondered "what the $%^& is this?". To make a long story short, turns out to be the prototype fo the Hybrid 300 amp. Labels are handscribed on the chassis, and the cabinet looks like the left overs from an old formica kitchen dinette table. To follow this up, the customer said those little words every repair shop loves to hear: "do whatever it needs to get it working...".
