It is my understanding that he lives in Florida.
Hank had a horrific one car accident in the late fifties, going through the windshield of a 57 chevy. According to who you asked he or Chet were the number one guitarist in Music City. They tried to use him on sessions after he recovered but it didn't work out.

Jack I tgried it also and had problems. it would be interesting though to get some backround from another great road/studio guy though
