I just watched again and it's funny to watch how unhappy the steel player is with his solo! Sounded pretty good to me

I have been back on a Vance Terry kick and found this. For those of you who love The Brisbane Bop recordings and Bigsby guitars (who doesn't!) and didn't catch this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-7J7r21scM8

Raphael is a very fine player over many genres...I've seen him play for many years now and this is the first time I've ever seen him play with finger picks.....his usual ax is a 6 string MOT Oahu tuned to C6, and he can make more music with that simple set up than a lot of D10 pedal guys.....he didn't seem quite as nimble (if you can fathom that) as he usually is....I'm wondering if he felt restricted......
