I know a lot of you mainly look at this section, so heads up. I posted a link to a live performance in the Steel on the web section with twin steel guitars that was a super fun night! I hope y'all enjoy it!

I think you're supposed to just post links in the "steel on the web section", so it's there. I brought it up here because I think it's especially of interest to non-pedal steelers, many of which only ever really look at this section. It would be nice to have a dedicated non-pedal "steel on the web" section. But now I'm making this into a "forum feedback" post, haha!

That was excellent! Motivated me to relearn that tune in a new key on dobro. Your F version is much more brain friendly on a string instrument than the usual Ab.

Thanks Roland! That was actually the first time I had ever played that tune, but I'd probably listened to it a thousand times, so I knew it, but not in any particular key. The key was Flavio's call. He had to do a lot of my songs that night in unusual keys, too. I just usually figure it out in whatever key works best for my (low) voice. Luckily, he didn't complain!
