Wow, great show! 7 players and great backing band. Nice to remember our friend Pat Heller and continue his legacy. Got to mingle with some old friends and meet a few new ones. Thanks to the players, band and all the crew who made this possible. Special thanks to Sandy Heller for the personalized guitar picks with Pats thumbprint. I will treasure that in my personal collection.

Yes Larry it was a great show, Pat would have been very proud, Mike Mcgee just blew me away with his playing, it was nice to see you Larry. Every body done a great job some of the staff band was on the stage for nearly the whole day.

Jerry, my apologies for not taking my eyes off the stage and making the rounds. Guess I was steel starved. Good to see you up and around. I was mesmerized by the excellent C6 playing by so many of the guys. Russ Wever did some awesome things that spun my head around. Mike never fails to play with such tone and taste. Great day for the steel guitar community. The band was top notch and the venue perfect for this event. Take care and talk soon.

I'm very sad that I couldn't make the show, but due to
family illiness, I couldn't get away. I havn't been to
a show or a jam for over 2 years. Pat was a great guy
and played heck out of the Steel. I played rythem with
him several times and really enjoyed it. I usually had
my Mullen hat on and he always asked where my Steel was.
Sandy is a sweethart as well. Really sorry I missed the
whole day. Sounds like it was a good one.
