Blind man needs low cost and easy to use recorder

Pickjer needs low cost and easy to use 8 track recorder to add a track using several instruments till loaded then i can mix down to CD or computer to listen to finished tune.I need something someone with macula degeneration can use to tinker around with to pass the time of day with.Tnx any help yu can give..

There is a program called JAWS that apparently works with Cakewalk Sonar to help blind musicians record as well as create music notation.
Here's what I was able to find:

Other suggestions that I found were to use hardware recorders like an Adat or a reel to reel.

If you could use Sonar or any other DAW, that would be your best option, IMO.
