Looking to have built a computer that would basically be an old school programmable VCR to snag over-the-air broadcasts. I'm not that up on this sort of thing so please bear with me!

At times it would need to simultaneously record on three different stations at the same time. This would NEVER be connected to the internet for any reason unless it was absolutely necessary for software driver loading etc.

Anyone have any ideas? Should this instead be in the Computers section?

This should be in the Computers section. But better off in some computer forum.

Forums such as the Windows 7, "music pictures and video" section would be more appropriate as there are probably those that visit that section that could answer your question. I do a lot of PC support but have never seen what you want, which from your post is basically a PC to do what a "Tivo" or similar TV program recorder does.
