If you are able to browse the Internet, there is hope.
You haven't identified your operating system and service pack level. I will have to make assumptions.
Fact: Maria Gambrelli ... oops, wrong movie!
Now, assuming you have a Windows computer, and it is running Windows Vista or 7, reboot and begin tapping F8. You should come to a text only boot menu. One of the options is System Restore. Try to use it to restore the computer to a date prior to your noticing the malware.
Keep going back in time until you find a restoration point that does not have that virus.
Or, download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. You can get it through my MBAM links, where you can read the details and instructions for installing it onto an infected PC. Or, if you don't wish to go through my affiliate page, download it directly from the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware website.
If the program installs and updates, check the option to have it scan as soon as it has finished updating. If it won't install in normal infected Windows, reboot into Safe Mode With Networking and download and install it from there.
