I learned that there is now a video adapter available for the 2488.

I ordered one last weekend, it shipped from the UK on Monday and arrived in my Canadian mailbox Friday.
I installed it Saturday, in less than an hour.

I'm so pleased with it. This has brought new life to my 2488.

Highly recommended! The exchange rate varies, but my total cost, including shipping was $138.
