In Feb 10, I'll be playing in Hollywood at the highland Grounds Coffee house with a band called Brindle Creme. All the guys in the band (aside from me) are Black, and they usually play a mixture of rock and R&B, however this is a semi-unplugged set and the emphasis will be on their more lyrical music. They heard me play with somebody else and fell in love with the steel and aksed me to play with them.
These guys are VERY good, and to tell the truth, I'm worried about keeping up with them. It should be a very interesting performance.
Anybody who want to attend, E-mail me for the address and directions.

Mike , Maybe you could add to their sound the same thing Larry Carlton did with the Crusaders. I love the little things he did for their stuff, subtle but perfect. It's one of my alltime favorite groups and periods in music.
Have fun. Craig
[This message was edited by Craig Stock on 31 January 2001 at 01:25 PM.]
