The birthday summary page (formerly at www.rahul.net/thinker/forumbirthdays.html) got wiped out a few days ago by a weird error while I was doing an update. I had no local backup (red face goes here) and it will cost $75 for my ISP to recover a slightly older version it from backup tape.
A couple kind Forum folks have offered to help defer the cost of recovering the file. If you'd also like to help out a bit, please go to the former site of the birthday page at the link above. Thanks!
I'm closer to having it back online, but getting the file restored flattened my wallet a bit. Oh, well.

Oh yeah, great. Finally my birthday comes up and the system crashes! Story of my life, I tell ya. Now I gotta pay so people will wish me a happy birthday and I'll feel loved again. I musta been bad in a former life.
Jim, the page is back online, and your b-day is still there! Don't worry, be happy.
Al, the damage was $75 (plus several name entries lost). Thanks for any and all willingness to defer the cost. Please go to the page (see the link in my signature line, below) for more details.
