Daniel,
If it was the analog version of the Arion stereo delay pedal (model SAD-1) I would say replace it with another unit. For the price it is hard to beat, and in my opnion is far superior to any digital delay. You can usually find these on EBay in the $30-$50 range.

I've been using Alesis QuadraVerb's For a long time, with two Nashville 1000's and sometimes my Walker S.S.Pre-Amp., but; lately I've gotten lazy and just use (1) Nashville 1000 and hang my old Ibanez AD-9 Analog Delay at 300ms on the rear Effects-Loop _ Pre-Amp out, Pwr-Amp In, and have the best sound in 54 yrs. For the money, look into the Danelectro cool-echo. It emulates an old tape echo by putting a tone control on the delay so that each subsequent repeat is darker than the previous note. Now they make a cool thing called a Reel-Echo. It looks like a tape echo but really is just emulating one. I saw Mooney play with one in Dallas and it was cool.
