Speaker ? for Mike Brown

Hi Mike, I have a Peavey Express 112 amp,the one with the teal colored stripes across the front.Would it be possible for me to replace the speaker with,a Jensen,or a Celestion? This amp is 65 watts@ 8 ohms.Celestion makes a 75 watt speaker,Jenson makes one that's 50 watts RMS,and 100 watts peak. Or what about a 12" Blue Marvel?Thanks in advance.

Hello Kenny,
Yes, you can replace the speaker with any 12" speaker that you choose as long as it is physically(depthwise) possible. You might want to try the Peavey Sheffield 1230-8 ohm speaker. I highly recommend it.
